What we expect from you:

To maximise sales by implementing/adapting commercial actions as well as maintaining the image of the stores in the area according to the standards and guidance of the company.

To assure the achievement of commercial objectives by using all commercial tools, adapting image guidance to the reality of each store and developing and training store Visual Merchandisers.

Commercial:

- To analyse and plan commercial actions according to the needs of the area and the stores in it, to-gether with commercial team.

- Assure the accomplishment of sales objectives on a daily, weekly, monthly and early basis.

- To analyse sales by using all commercial tools; rankings, money map, retail Director, ITX Stock, Deliver-ies, etc.

- To be aware market trends and competitors.

Image:

- To implement, adapt and develop image coordination according to the guidelines of the company.

- Address changes and improvement proposals to the country managers, head of brand in the country international team, based on own market needs.

- Organisation of workshops and pilot store sessions. Planification of new store openings, reopening’s and closings.

People:

- To work alongside with HR, To identify and develop potentials in the stores to create a talent pool in the area.

- Define, coordinate and follow-up of training plans.
