We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Sales Advisor with a passion for Visual Merchandising to join our Lacoste team at Rue Neuve in Brussels.

YOUR ROLE

First and foremost, you are a Sales Advisor. You love being on the sales floor, connecting with customers, driving sales and contributing to the store's commercial success.

Alongside your sales responsibilities, you will also support our Visual Merchandising team in maintaining and implementing Lacoste's visual standards.

On designated VM days, your focus will shift from selling to supporting visual merchandising activities in the store.

Your key responsibilities:

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and actively contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Represent the Lacoste brand with enthusiasm, professionalism and strong product knowledge.
• Support the Visual Merchandising team with implementing seasonal guidelines, new collections and product presentations.
• Assist with window displays, mannequins and in-store product placement.
• Ensure the store consistently reflects Lacoste's premium brand image.
• Work closely with the Store Manager and VM team to combine commercial performance with inspiring product presentations.
• Contribute to daily store operations and teamwork.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have proven experience in fashion retail sales.
• You are commercially minded and genuinely enjoy selling.
• You have a strong interest in fashion, styling and visual merchandising.
• Previous experience with visual merchandising is a strong advantage.
• You have an eye for detail, creativity and a hands-on mentality.
• You are flexible and comfortable switching between sales and VM responsibilities.
• You are a team player who takes initiative and enjoys working in a dynamic retail environment.
• You are fluent in French and English.
