What we expect from you

To increase sales and maximise results in the designated area by developing and implementing commercial actions to positively impact all stores operations to achieve commercial objectives while keeping a strong focus on people. To assure the achievement of global objectives by; implementing strategies for designated area and market, commercial, and people management, communicating efficiently with all departments needed and by assuring the ring image in the stores.

Commercial:

- To analyse and plan commercial actions according to the needs of the area and store, together with image team.

- To assure the achievement of sales objectives on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basics.

Market performance:

- To do and follow-up both financial and operative, monthly and yearly sales budgets. As well as elaborate action plans to amend potential deviations.

- To assure team uses correctly all commercial tools to follow-up KPIs and results.

- Understanding of incomes and expenses generated by commercial activity.

People:

- To develop, train and lead the area team.

- Offer a constant evaluation and encourage internal promotion in the store management teams.

- Keep consistent and smooth communication within area team (HR, Operations and VM), as well as with country managers, international team and head office departments.
